- By booking or requesting our services online, over the phone, or through the app, you agree to the company’s terms and conditions. Additionally, you consent to any communication between Luxury Trans and prospective clients using email, text, phone calls, and including push notifications.
- The displayed rate above does not encompass charges for tolls, waiting time, or additional stops. Extra costs such as tax, gratuity, and service fees are not included in the initial rate presented.
- All rides are meticulously tracked using GPS for precise fee calculation based on the actual journey.
- An authorization hold will be placed on the credit/debit card provided during the reservation process.
- The prices shown on the form are preliminary.
- The final cost will be confirmed via email by one of our representatives.
- Your credit card will not be charged until we receive confirmation and authorization from the cardholder.

- If you choose an inside pickup (Meet & Greet) option, the final amount for parking and waiting time will be calculated at the trip’s conclusion and charged to the card on file.
